At Momentum, we believe in practicing community care in all the ways that we can.

We are pleased to be hosting an American Red Cross Adult CPR and First Aid training at the Momentum Office in Portland on April 4th, where participants will learn life saving skills applicable in a variety of settings and situations. The course will cover Adult CPR administration and AED use, basic first aid, and opioid overdose care, including Naloxone administration training. This is a hybrid certification course, where participants will have approximately 3 hours of required online course work in addition to the required in person skills session from 9-11:30am on April 4th; after the training, participants will have a certification for Adult CPR and First Aid through the American Red Cross that is valid for 2 years.
