Maine is a better place when everyone feels they belong in their communities. Speaking Up For Us(SUFU) is working to address ableism and change attitudes with a focus on outdoor spaces. People who live with developmental disabilities are passionate about getting outdoors but often experience accessibility barriers. SUFU wants to deconstruct the barriers faced and build relationships and promote communities where everyone belongs.
